Elizabeth grew up in South Tampa, graduating from Tampa Preparatory School in 2012. She attended Stetson University in Deland, Florida, and has been teaching elementary school music around Central Florida for the past 4 years.
Elizabeth has been singing since she could talk. She began piano lessons at around age 6, but decided to make voice her main focus once she got to high school. She sang in the choir at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Tampa from age 7 through when she graduated college. She has performed in local theatre productions in the Daytona Beach area, and sang with Florida Pro Musica, an early music group local to Tampa, for 2 years.
Elizabeth graduated from Tampa Preparatory School in 2012. She attended Stetson University in Deland, Florida, graduating with a degree in Music Education in 2016. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Early Childhood Education at the University of South Florida.
Elizabeth is a singer in her church worship band, and is seeking performance opportunities in local theatre productions. In the past, she participated in small renaissance ensembles, such as Tampa’s Florida Pro Musica and Stetson University’s Camerata. She was a soloist in Stetson’s top concert choir, and a cover for a lead opera role.
Elizabeth loves seeing student growth. When you can truly tell that you are making a difference in the student’s life, whether that be on their instrument or in building genuine connections with them.
