Jeff Lipman is a musician and visual artist living in Tampa. Jeff has been committed to the acoustic and electric guitars for over 30 years. With over seven years of professional music instruction Jeffs’ life learned lessons will inspire players to enjoy what the guitar can bring to their lives. “For me, the guitar is the perfect instrument. Play solo, play with others, take it anywhere. If you can tune it, you can play it.”

All lessons are tailored to each individual. Every student learns first the “how” of rhythm and melody, then the “why” of basic music theory. Jeff uses the Tablature guitar system which is easy to understand and perfect for any level of play. Students achieve their goals by showing an understanding of songs and techniques required to mark progression. “The ultimate goal is to gain the tools to play what you want to play!”

Students interested in live performance and songwriting will benefit from Jeffs extensive experience on the stage and in the studio. “I love to teach and my approach is simple; patience, enthusiasm and the belief that creating music is an experience that everyone deserves.”

Jeff Lipman is also a visual artist. His oil paintings in the Abstract Expressionist style have been displayed in showings and businesses around Tampa.
